i had such high expectations for this place, but alas, the room experience was clouded by a lack of cleanliness. how can i feel comfortable when i hear my neighbors like they’re in the room with me? also, can’t the staff understand the basics of customer service? i almost thought of giving good review, but just couldn’t.

The location is perfect for a family getaway with an amazing stretch of beach for relaxing and playing. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with a variety of options, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, especially with our child.

My kids wished for better pool area amenities.

Imagine waking up to an amazing sea view every morning! Our Ocean Pool Villa was a dream – spacious with a private pool and jets right at the edge, perfect for soaking in the ocean vibes. The breakfast buffet was a culinary delight, with eggs made to order and fresh fruit every day. We felt completely pampered!

samui resotel is a gem! the beachfront villas are stunning and offer incredible privacy. the staff is super friendly, ensuring a warm atmosphere. plus, the breakfast had plenty of options to start the day right. renting a bike right behind the hotel made exploring koh samui so easy and fun!
